What is freedom, we always talk about freedom as if we were just an inch away from getting it. Some people even talk about it as if they had it, but freedom is not easy, it involves personal skills as well as influence about the environment around you. Freedom requires being independent, completely independent, freedom means being able to say “No I won’t buy any food in the grocery store because it’s too expensive” and not suffering from it but just getting your food elsewhere. Being able to say that global panic is bad and all but it doesn’t affect you. Being able to say you quit your job because they start to gender everyone but you don’t want to support it so you can just quit without breaking a sweat. There are limits to how much natural freedom one can get, you will most likely never be able to say that you don’t care that your own garden is dying because of an infestation, but what you can do is have the knowledge and the strength to pull off a move to another area and still survive. Freedom means being able to survive on your own terms, and almost everybody in the society we live in is so far away from that is laughable. Maybe we should start to teach our kids the basics of the world before we start making them slaves of the system. Freedom is far way but it is reachable. And folks, maybe now some of you will understand why I try to sleep on the hard floor whenever I can, that’s why I get myself a basic INCH Equipment bag (I’m Never Coming Home Bag) and try to use the things I got in there as much as possible. That’s why I use an offline media player instead of a smartphone, that’s why I don’t use a smartphone at all even though there is a lot of utiltiy to it. It’s because I don’t want to be fucked whenever I lose some privileges of modern life and I’m able to say I don’t give a shit if they turn of the heating because 1. I have my gear 2. I always shower cold anyways and 3. I know my breathing techniques to heat up my body and I’m able to say I don’t care if I can only afford food far half of the month because I’m used to regular fasting so I won’t break a sweat if I don’t get my hands on food every 6 to 8 hours every day. It’s all about freedom folks, and even if what I do may sound extreme, I’m nowhere near the end of it and it’s already so liberating. Give it a try folks, try to become just a little bit more independent and you won’t regret it, I promise. ;)
