Before I get into it I need to mention that I read the german version of this book, so information may vary slightly.

This book has transformed my whole way of looking at the universe as it happens around us, it talks about a higher state of spirituality in which I have never read about it before, and I’ve just recently started my own journey down the Silva Mind Control Method and so far I’ve had good results but I am being held back by being really bad at meditation. I can recommend this book to anyone, if it isn’t for you to actually learn it but just to learn how much can be possible and what might be ahead of us. This book can actually seriously change your life.
